What we collect
When you use WishaBall, we may receive your email address, the pet photo and name you choose to provide, the three blessing selections, the generated preview, its design ID, and basic technical information needed to operate and secure the site.
Why we use it
We use this information to sign you in, provide and count free previews, generate the personalized artwork, save the exact completed design, answer support requests, prevent misuse, and—only if you later choose to order—match the approved design to that order.
Services involved
Supabase supports passwordless account access and preview credits. OpenAI processes the submitted photo and instructions to create the engraving artwork. Cloudflare hosts the site and privately stores completed designs. Shopify will receive limited design and order details only when purchasing is enabled and you choose to continue to checkout.
Storage and sharing
Completed designs are stored in private, account-linked storage rather than a public image folder. We do not currently use advertising pixels on this site, and we do not sell pet photos or generated designs. We share information with service providers only as needed to operate the preview, storage, support, and future order process.
Your choices
You may choose not to upload a photo. You can request access to or deletion of your account-linked photo and design records by emailing us from the same address used for your WishaBall account. We may retain limited records when reasonably required for security, disputes, or legal obligations.
