Product
Each personalized WishaBall is approximately 10 × 10 cm, weighs about 1 kg, and combines a clear optical-crystal sphere with a solid oak base and warm LED light.
Artwork review and production
The preview is a concept. Before production, the artwork is reviewed against real monochrome crystal-engraving limits. Production takes approximately 3 business days after the engraving artwork is approved.
Delivery
Shipping cost, carrier service, and the destination-specific delivery estimate must be shown before payment. WishaBall does not currently publish an unverified US delivery promise. If a future paid order cannot ship within the time stated at checkout, we will contact the customer with the revised timing and available cancellation or refund options.

Cancellation and order issues
A paid custom order may be cancelled for a full refund until the final engraving artwork is approved. After approval and production begins, change-of-mind cancellation is unavailable. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items can be reported within 14 days of delivery with the order number and clear photos for a replacement or refund.
The final delivery estimate depends on destination and carrier confirmation. Purchasing remains disabled until these details can be shown accurately before payment.
