The free preview
A new verified account receives three free preview generations. A failed generation is returned to the account. Preview access is personal, has no cash value, and may be limited when needed to prevent misuse or protect the service.
Your photo
Only upload a photo you own or have permission to use. Do not submit unlawful, harmful, or privacy-invasive material. You keep your rights in the original photo and give WishaBall and its service providers permission to process it only for the preview, saved design, support, and any order you later authorize.
Preview versus finished engraving
The AI preview is a design visualization, not a photograph of a manufactured item. Real crystal engraving is monochrome and formed by laser microdots and clear negative space. Fine features, dot density, placement, and brightness may be adjusted to fit real production limits while preserving the approved composition.
No purchase in this step
Creating or saving a preview does not place an order, reserve inventory, or charge a payment method. The current product price is $149 USD. Final price, shipping cost, delivery estimate, and the applicable purchase policies must be shown again before payment.
Cancellation before production
When paid ordering becomes available, a custom WishaBall order may be cancelled for a full refund until the customer approves the final engraving artwork. After the artwork is approved and production begins, the personalized order cannot be cancelled because of a change of mind.
Damage, defects, or an incorrect item
If a finished order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact 254825607@qq.com within 14 days of delivery and include the order number and clear photos. After review, WishaBall will offer a replacement or a refund for the affected item.
Service availability
We may pause or update the preview service for maintenance, safety, capacity, or changes to third-party services. We will not treat an incomplete generation as a completed physical order.
